  • Sentinel renovated an existing big box retail building to a 69,700 SF medical office building for the new home of AHN’s Center for Reproductive Medicine.

  • The project includes operating rooms, supporting lab spaces and an array of different outpatient services including MRI, CT, Mamo and multiple X-Ray rooms.

  • Sentinel’s ~$23,000,000 project was completed in December 2022.

  • 311 structured parking spaces with a unique exterior façade to comply with Township zoning ordinances. 

  • Extensive value engineering completed during the preconstruction phase.

  • Significant pre-planning of each system to streamline construction as the Hospital needed the garage completed on an accelerated time frame. 

  • The project was completed under budget and two weeks sooner than required.

Heritage Valley Health System – Robinson Medical Neighborhood

  • 22,000 square foot renovation of an existing big box store into a medical neighborhood

  • Total gut of the existing facility and construction of 4 Family Practice Suites, Mammography Suite, Phlebotomy Suite, X-ray/Imaging Suite and a Mobile MRI Dock, plus support spaces

  • Extremely accelerated schedule - the total project duration was 3 months
